SMS Terms & Messaging Policy

This policy explains the text-message (SMS/MMS) program operated by Connect Social and applies to anyone who provides a mobile number to us, including when booking a paid-growth audit call.
1. Program description
When you give us your mobile number — for example, when you book an audit call — you may receive text messages from Connect Social related to that request, including:
- Transactional messages: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling links, and follow-ups about your audit call.
- Marketing messages (only if you opt in): occasional offers, resources, and updates about our services.
2. How you consent
By submitting your mobile number through our booking form or scheduler, you agree to receive transactional texts related to your request. Where required by law, separate express consent is collected before any marketing texts are sent. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity (for example, the number of reminders tied to a booked call). You will not receive an unreasonable number of messages.
4. Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Connect Social does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply. Check your plan for details.
5. Opt out — reply STOP
You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive texts from that program. To rejoin, sign up again or reply START.

7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside Connect Social's control.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the messages described above and to operate our services. For full details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Eligibility
The SMS program is available to recipients in the United States with a compatible mobile device and wireless plan. You must be the account holder or have authorization to enroll the mobile number you provide.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
